Evidence-Based Analysis: Collect and analyze evidence related to student learning outcomes, focusing on the impact of harmful practices on Black boys and communities of color. Utilize this data to inform strategies that address disparities in educational achievements.
2. Professional Standards and Improvement: Examine how professional certification standards can be leveraged to promote equitable practices. Discuss school and district improvement efforts that focus on dismantling systemic racism and fostering an inclusive environment.
3. Curriculum Alignment and K-12 Frameworks: Explore how K-12 frameworks and curriculum alignment can be refined to better support Black boys and communities of color. Emphasize the integration of culturally responsive pedagogy and anti-racist education into the curriculum.
4. Research-Based Instructional Strategies: Identify and promote research-based instructional strategies and assessment practices that reduce bias and enhance the academic success of Black boys and communities of color.
